Return Process

  Test the Sample

  Use the included 2ml sample vial to test the fragrance on your skin before opening the full-size bottle.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to start the process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the unopened 50ml bottle in its original packaging. Ensure the seal is intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Print your prepaid label and drop the package at any authorized courier location.
